Hi!! My name is Hayley Orr, I am 17 years old finishing up my junior year at Arapahoe High School. I play varsity lacrosse and I love to hangout with friends and family. I am always looking for a new adventure and possibilities to improve myself and everyone around me! I have always loved the Homestead Farm community and am so excited for my 3rd year of coaching! Go tarpons!
John Eliot is wrapping up his sophomore year at Arapahoe High School, where he has been a part of the Arapahoe swim team, cross country team, speech and debate team, as well as student council. He has been on the Mighty Tarpons for 10 years and started swimming year round 3 years ago. He is committed to coaching athletes to be better in and out of the pool. He is also excited to be a part of the team as an assistant coach this year.
Hi, I'm Maggie, and I’m super excited to be coaching the Tarpons again this year! I’m 17 years old, and this is now my third year as a coach. Coaching has been such an incredible experience. I’ve loved working with the swimmers, seeing their progress, and helping them grow their confidence in the water.
I’ve been a Tarpon all my life. I started in the Mini Tarps program, and I still remember swimming back and forth with my coaches at the Mini Tarp meet. It’s really come full circle!
I’m also a varsity swimmer for Arapahoe High School, where I compete in a variety of events, but backstroke is definitely my favorite. I’m proud to share that I’ve made it to state with my varsity swim team for the past two years. Outside of school swimming, I work at SwimLabs and also teach swim lessons, which has given me even more experience working with swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
In addition, I’m part of the Teacher Cadet program this year, which has further strengthened my passion for working with kids and helping them learn and grow.
Swimming is a huge part of who I am, and I love sharing that passion with others. It’s so rewarding to watch swimmers improve and see their excitement as they gain new skills.
I can’t wait to get to know all the swimmers this season and help them become the best they can be in the pool. I’m looking forward to another great year
Go Tarpons!
Hi, my name is Rowan, and I’m excited to be part of this swim season as a coach. I’ve always enjoyed being active, working with others, and pushing myself to improve both in and out of the pool. Outside of swimming, I enjoy skiing, playing tennis, and spending time with friends. This year I also picked up lacrosse, which has been a really fun new challenge. I’m really excited to start this new season!
